SAFETY PRECAUTIONS & INFORMATION

Our highest priority is to maintain the health and safety of both our guests and our employees.
Please review the safety precautions below so you understand what to expect when visiting the spa.

COVID-19: FAQ

WHAT THIS MEANS PRIOR TO SERVICES

We are required by the State of NH to adhere to many different guidelines:
- Upon arrival please call the spa 603-229-0400, we are required to ask you a series of Covid-19 related health questions and pre-pay for the service and/or products ahead of time.
- Our Spa Coordinators will then page your technician and tell them you are ready for your service(s).
- They will escort you in the building and to our Sanitation Station prior to your service.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR SERVICES

We are offering many of our standard services. See the Spa Treatments page for what’s available at this time.

All guests are required to wear face coverings or masks at all times,
except during facial services that require the removal of a mask. It
must be replaced once the facial is completed. Face coverings are
required to be worn while inside the spa and during all massage and body
treatments.

Employees performing facial services where the client removes their mask
must also wear safety goggles and/or a face shield. They will also wear
a mask. Safety goggles and/or face shields will be disinfected between
services as with all service areas and implements.

Please read the following precautions and requirements carefully so
we’re all able to do our part to reopen safely for guests and staff.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TO KEEP YOU AND OUR STAFF SAFE

Per our State re-opening guidelines, a maximum of no more than seven (7)
operating stations per 1000 square feet is allowed at the facility at any time (possibly fewer depending on the
size of the salon and ability to maintain 6 feet of distance between clients at all
times), PLUS the number of clients should not exceed the number of staff.

For example, in a small facility with one staff member, the maximum number of people allowed in the salon at any one time is two (one staff and one client).

Each service provider may only manage one client at a time.

We have updated/improved our already thorough sanitation and cleaning
procedures to decrease the spread of germs.

We will be utilizing one-time use implements and products as
much as possible.

Employees will be required to wear face masks at all times within the spa and practice universal safety precautions.

We've placed air purifiers in all treatment rooms. These air purifiers
are 99.9% effective in capturing particles down to 0.3 microns.

We have installed many plastic barriers between all of the service areas that are under a 6 feet distance or a frequently passed area.

The client restroom has been remodeled to accommodate a  more touch free experience.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS

Clients must receive pre-visit remote consultations prior to their appointment to screen for symptoms of COVID-19, recent travel, or close contact to any person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in the prior 14 days. Standard screening questions are to mandated to be asked.

Ourfront lobby/relaxation area is prohibited at this time.

Hand sanitizer is located at our Sanitation Station at the front entrance and throughout the spa for your use.

Face masks are mandatory to be worn at all times within the spa, including during services, unless you are receiving a facial service.

If you do not have a mask, we will provide you a disposable mask to use for a 1.00 fee.

Arrive a few minutes early to be able to contact the Spa Coordinators, we only have 2 lines and we are doing the best we can to expedite check-in.

Late arrivals will cut into your service time or be rescheduled entirely.

If you are showing symptoms of illness (i.e. cough, fever, shortness of
breath, or flu-like symptoms) during your service, we will end the
service and reschedule your appointment to be enjoyed at a later date and time.

Cash payments will be accepted for services or for gratuity if desired.
We will have envelopes available for you in the service areas. We can
still add gratuities to your credit card as well.

We recommend leaving your personal belongings at home. Otherwise, all
personal belongings must remain with you.

At this time the State of NH has asked facilities to not serve any food
or beverages at the time.

We certainly can appreciate that things are very different in the World
today. However, we hope your time at Serendipity Day Spa makes you feel
safe, relaxed and well cared for.
